Each challenge uses a weekly bingo card filled with wellness tasks — small, achievable healthy habits. You complete tasks through the week and mark them off, just like a game of bingo.

You earn points for the tasks you complete each week, and unlock badges as you build momentum. Points rank you and your friends on the challenge leaderboard.

A Premium challenge is a paid challenge type that the organiser chooses when creating it. Only the person who creates the Premium challenge pays, and it is a one-time payment — never a subscription. People who join the challenge never pay.

Yes. Some challenges are weight-loss challenges, which add weight-based awards on top of the usual points and badges, so groups can work toward shared weight goals.
